Problem statement

Evaluate and redesign the booking flow ( primary goal ) of Prana Yoga to make it easy for users to find, select and book a yoga session according to their needs and improve the Task completion rate.

My Approach

As time was limited, I prioritized understanding the core users and the core problem which website is trying to solve, and the business metrics that I could impact.

Then, I evaluated the current website for usability, heuristics and conducted competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement. Then, I began creating the initial UI design and iterated on it until I was confident about its usability.

Solution :

Omnify provides a platform for yoga studio to create a store/booking platform for their customers to book classes, appointments and subscribe to memberships. The store/booking platform should be designed to be compatible to a verity of service providers like yoga, gym, dance etc.


The main goals of the platform will be to :

  1. Improve Booking Rate or task completion rate

  2. Increase User Engagement and Retention

  3. Increase Conversion to Subscriptions/Memberships

  4. Increase User Acquisition and Referrals
