Problem statement

The challenge is to design a comprehensive dashboard system that caters to the needs of players, coaches, administrators, and super admins, providing them with intuitive interfaces and seamless functionality. The system should address the academy's specific requirements, such as attendance tracking, fee management, coach-student assignments, and analytics. Additionally, it should ensure data security, scalability, and ease of use across different user roles.

My Approach

  1. Research and Analysis:

    Conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand the requirements and pain points of players, coaches, administrators, and super admins. Gather insights from user interviews, stakeholder discussions, and competitor analysis. Identify key features and functionalities that need to be incorporated into the dashboard.

  2. Information Architecture and Wireframing:

    Create an information architecture that outlines the hierarchical structure and relationships between different pages and components of the dashboard. Develop wireframes to visualize the layout, content placement, and navigation flow, ensuring a user-centered design approach.

  3. UI/UX Design:

    Design an aesthetically pleasing user interface that aligns with the brand identity of the Cricket Academy. Focus on creating a clean and intuitive design, with consistent typography, color schemes, and iconography. Implement user experience best practices, ensuring ease of use, clear hierarchy, and intuitive interactions.

  4. Iterative Prototyping and User Testing:

    Build interactive prototypes based on the wireframes and UI design. Conduct usability testing sessions with representative users from each user role (players, coaches, administrators, super admins). Gather feedback and iterate on the designs to refine the user experience and address any usability issues.

  5. Development and Deployment:

    Collaborate with the development team to translate the finalized designs into functional dashboards. Implement the necessary features, data integrations, and user authentication mechanisms.
